3. Return Shipping Costs
The Street Jackets cover the return shipping cost for all eligible returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
You simply need to download and print the label, attach it securely to the parcel, and drop the package off at the nearest courier location according to the selected shipping label instructions.

- Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and packed with all tags, accessories, and protective packaging.
- You simply need to download and print the label, attach it securely to the parcel, and drop the package off at the nearest courier location according to the selected shipping label instructions.
Ship the Item
- Use the provided prepaid return label to send the item back.
- Returns sent without this label may result in delays or complications
Inspection and Approval
- Once received, your return will be inspected within 1 business day.
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your return.
Next Step
- If the return is approved, the next step (refund or exchange) will be initiated as per the respective policy.

7. Timeline For Refunds & Exchange
- Inspection of returned item: within 1 business day of receipt.
- Approval: If your return is approved, and you have selected the full refund then it will be issued to your original payment method or if you have selected the exchange then it will be initiated accordingly.
- Refunds Process Time: Refunds are processed immediately after approval, and you will receive a confirmation email once completed. The refunded amount usually appears in your account within 10 business days.

- Exchange Process Time: Exchange orders follow the same processing and delivery time as normal orders: processing/handling within 2–3 business days and shipping/transit within 3–4 business days, with a total delivery time of 5–7 business days.
